We live in a world today that sadly has become more and more dangerous. There was a time, when people could walk the streets anytime without fear or concern of attack by others. The need for personal self defense training or self defense techniques, is greater now than ever before.
The good news is, self defense training and effective self defense techniques have never been easier or more readily available to learn than today. There are martial arts schools and classes in almost every city and community in America & world now. Anyone, at any age, can learn personal self defense training and self defense techniques. In fact everyone should take the time for at least a little self defense training and must learn some basic self defense techniques.

Learning the right self defense techniques is critical. My Jeet Kune Do instructor used to say, "many martial arts schools turn out a lot of paper tigers".
